CHAD operates as a public charter school under Pennsylvania Charter School Law with authorization from the School District of Philadelphia. CHAD is governed by an independent volunteer Board of Trustees who set its mission and strategic direction, appoint and oversee professional management, and provide for the school\u2019s fiscal and legal wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>As a publicly funded entity, CHAD ensures its compliance under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law; all requests made under the Right to Know Law should be made to\u00a0dannecharico@sandsaidel.com.
